- How it works: we deliver an empty unit to your door · you load it at your pace and lock it with your padlock · we collect and store it sealed · we bring it back when you ask. Deliveries from 9:00 AM, Saturday to Thursday, usually within the same week; customer service 8 AM–10 PM, Saturday to Thursday, on 920022475 and WhatsApp.

- Can the unit stay with me?: Yes — on-site storage keeps the unit at your home, site or event for as long as you need.
- Getting things back: ask us to return the unit to your door, or visit it at our facility by appointment. You hold the only key.
- Protection: every unit is insulated (inside ≤ 29 °C in summer), weatherproof, sealed against dust and pests; stored under 24/7 CCTV with on-site guards and fire detection; belongings insured while with us, damage caused by us compensated on a damage report.
